Try covering your area with bird netting. About an inch or so off the ground. This will help while the seeds are sprouting. When the plants are big enough, then remove the netting and save it for next time. Good luck.

Tami, thank you so much for coming tonight. Here is the link to the urban homestead in Pasadena, Ca. if you are interested. http://urbanhomestead.org/journal/ This should link to the Monsanto article too. Keep us posted on the BD group meeting. I would like to get more involved and learn more.

Tami, thank you for going ahead with the class on Saturday. It was very interesting and very woo woo :) but I really enjoyed learning about Biodynamics. I see the term everywhere now. Just wanted to be reminded about the movie you had in mind for the movie night. I forgot the title. Check out the events tab for the Wednesday showing of Garbage Warrior if you are interested.
Thanks!
-Ben.

Hi Tami. Thanks for joining AZHS because I think you will love it here. This is a great place to network for a lot of things in regards to self sustainability and food production. I would recommend you join the Tempe Action Group since they are pretty active and trying to get a few things done out in your part of town. Thanks again for joining.
