Making Green Vacation Plans, need your help!

I am collecting places to go that are educational and/or entertaining but also with a green or sustainable focus.

For Example:
The Tres Rios Wetlands in Tolleson
Epcot in Orlando
Solar Living Center in Hopland California.
Biosphere II near Tucson

Places where the public can go to learn or experience aspects of green/sustainable living.
They can be self-exploring or part of a tour, they just need to be on a daily or at least once a month basis.

Building a resource web site

I've been working off and on for quite awhile on a green/sustainable living website. It has a long way to go, but the bones are there. I'm inviting everyone to stop by and provide comments. Maybe sign up for the bimonthly (hopefully) newsletter.
If you are interested in being a contributor that would be great, let me know and we can work out training, standards, and passwords.

How about being green and saving green during the holiday season?

Many on this site are creative, crafty people so I'll skip the suggestions of homemade baked items, soup mixes, and even food baskets. Well, other than to remind you to take into account the intended recipients dietary restrictions.
